e-LAN Monitoring provides highly accurate equipment usage statistics in real time.  The value of this system is never realized until used.  It is at that time the customers get a handle on their shop operations and deficiencies.

Our e-Monitor Interface device is connected to the Cycle Start / Feed Hold circuits of the CNC control to  observe CNC activities.  Operation data is fed back to the DNC server for analysis.  No changes are needed to existing DNC wiring nor wireless devices.

Each CNC event stamp includes a start date & time and finish date & time. 

Data can be analyzed to  determine quote accuracies, locate production problems, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, substantiate warranty issues,  substantiate  cutting tool or machine tool performance.

Standard reports are included with the software however, data can be exported in ASCII format to any spreadsheet.
