Download either WinECOM or E-LAN software by selecting the appropriate button.  When the software completes downloading click the "miwecom.exe" program to install WinECOM or "mielan" to install E-Lan.   Follow the default prompts. 

Note on WinECOM USB key software.  The USB key software is installed in the \_winEcom directory.  When you purchase the software a USB dongle will be supplied. When the USB KEY is installed you will be prompted by your computer to load the USB driver.   BE SURE to select the "other directory" in windows and select \_winEcom directory or the USB dongle will NOT be recognized. 

If you are going to DEMO the WinECOM software then upon initial startup of the WinECOM software, select "14 Day Trial"

DO NOT enter the number that appears above the white box IN the WHITE BOX.  

Call us with the number that appears ABOVE the white box. That number that appears above the white box is needed to generate your trial code.  The number WE provide is  entered in the WHITE box.  This will activate the software for 14 days. 

Before contacting us for a demo software code,  verify that the date set on your computer matches the current calendar date.   If the date is set incorrectly the demo code provided will fail.  The DEMO CODE CANNOT BE RE-ENTERED on the same computer twice. 

The E-LAN software can only be viewed and is not available for demonstration.  To operate E-LAN requires the installation of other components that act as the key to unlock the software for use.
